Established in 1989 the company has
branches throughout the country, which are each managed by people who have
personally invested in the company. Thus you have the security of a large company
and personal service locally offered by Advisers with an interest in you.
ASHLEY LAW (MAIDENHEAD)
The Maidenhead branch was established 11 years ago, and has been managed
by Gordon Howarth Cert.PFS. MIFP. over that
time. He also holds the Savings and
Investment Certificate (SVI) and Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ) awarded
by the Chartered Insurance Institute.
The branch will close for business from the 1st November 2007 and Gordon will no
longer provide advice from that date, existing and new clients can continue
to contact him to discuss their plans and objectives. I will be handing over my practice
responsibilities from the 1st November 2007. to Jon
Hunt who runs his own branch of Ashley Law in Rickmansworth.
I will provide portfolio analysis reviews for clients and Para-planning
(i.e. research and associated matters) services
Referrals will be made to
Jon who will take over responsibility for advice given within the practice..
Jon will
keep and maintain the relevant records held by Ashley Law (Maidenhead) and
will be responsible for issues regarding Data Protection.
Jon has
worked many years within the industry, he is highly qualified, and holds
Advanced Financial Planning qualifications and is one of the first financial
advisers in the UK to achieve chartered status from
the Chartered Insurance Institute. I feel confident that he will be able to
provide the kind of quality advice that is desirable today, especially as
financial planning issues become more complex.

as wide knowledge, especially in retirement and investment planning, he has had
his advice published on a number of occasions in the national media.
